Powerful bombs exploded in four major locations of Guwahati city today. The
locations are market hub Fancy Bazar, Pan Bazar, infront of DC Court and
Ganeshguri Chariali. So far 8 people is feared to have died and more details are
awaited. Cellular service network has been jammed. Lot of rush has been seen
after the bombs went off around 12 noon. City traffic has sealed all the
movements of vehicles other than press persons
Reports came in to Guwahati correspondent that one bomb each exploded off in
Bongaigoan and Barpeta also. One grenade blast in Kokrajhar, 2 injured Details
are awaited.
