The Assam Government is sending a strong message to the Governor that barring the Chief secretary he cannot call officials if he wants to review th implementation of any works of various projects. It was decided at a cabinet meeting in Dispur on Tuesday. The government has made it clear citing the Blue Book. The cabinet has also passed a decision to raise the constabulary qualification to HSLC pass.
