The United Liberation Front of Assam has made it plain and simple that negotiation sans sovereignty is impossible. According to information, then banned insurgent outfit Commander in chief Paresh Baruah conveyed it to the chief negotiator and award winning writer Dr Indira Goswami while he was talking to her over telephone on Tuesday morning.
