Gogoi calls on PM, takes up AOD-NRL issues

Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has urged Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to
announce a special compensation for the Numligarh Refinery in the line of BPCL,
HPCL and IOCL. Gogoi who called on Dr Singh at the PMO further has urged the
Prime Minister to retain the separate entity for the Assam Oil Division. He
also apprised Dr Singh of the state's prevailing law and order situation. Gogoi
further called on union home minister Shivraj Patil and petroleum minister Murli
Deora and took up several issues.
