ULFA leader Mrinal Hazarika addressing the media in a press conference organised
under the 28th Battalion of ULFA at a ULFA camp on 26-06-08. The A and C
companies of powerful 28th battalion of the ULFA declared an Unilateral
Ceasefire few days back.
