No. 28  (A & C) Battalion of ULFA publishes a monthly magazine “Hondhikhyon”. The  magazine was released by Bhupen Saikia, Principal of Dibrugarh D.H.S.K.Law collage at ULFA Designated camp, Kakopathar, Tinsukia on 25-10-08.
