Stage set for repolling in 5 booths

The stage is set for repolling in four booths on Thursday. All these booths fall under Jorhat Lok Sabha constituency where EVM refused to function properly on Monday.

According to Jorhat returning officer, repolling will take place from 7 in the morning at 38 Sensuwa LP School under Jorhat Assembly segment, 5 Pukhuria LP School under Mariani assembly segment, 84 Baharbari LP School under Sonari Assembly segment and 61 Khoragarh LP School under Amguri assembly segment.

Repolling was ordered after the authorities were convinced of EVM malfunctioning.
