The Central Bureau of Investigation probing the Saradha scam is producing Matang Sinh before the special court in Kolkata on Sunday a day before the former Union minister was arrested in connection with the multi crore scam.
According to Assam Times Crime Research Bureau, the country’s premier investigation agency would seek Sinh in thier custody for seven days alleging his crucial deal with Saradha boss Sudipto Sen.
More sensation revelations are beleived to have surfaced as the CBI team continues to grill the former powerful Congress leader and Union minister.
CBI on Saturday arrested Sinh in after five hours of interrogation acting on the allegations of his deal with Sen. He was arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating and misappropriation of Saradha Realty funds.
Earlier CBI asked him to depose before the SIT for several times in Kolkata. But he has been avoiding the interrogation. He finally made it on Saturday hours before he was arrested.
