NDFB-P demanded speedy up of peace talk
The National Democratic Front of Boroland-Progressive(NDFB-P) has expressed serious concern over the snail pace progress of peace talk with government into NDFB issue and Boroland issue.
Speaking the reporters on Saturday in Kokrajhar,R Daokha,information and publicity secretary of NDFB(P) said that the outfit organisation has been ceasefire with government since 2005 and still today no any fruitfull initiative was taken from government itself into NDFB issue and separate Boroland state.
“It is a concern matter that BJP led NDA government at the centre has not been initiated to organise peace talk with militant since its govt formed.The previous Congress led UPA government hold several talks on the issues and saw will gesture towards solutions of the militant issues”, Daokha said.
He has urged the government to make speedy up of peace talk with militant outfit and make permanent solution.He also expressed serious concern over the recent clashes between UPP and BPF supporters at Kachugaon said that it was unfortunate incident for the society.He has refuted the allegation of outfit organisation members involved in the incident.

An emergency response mock drill was conducted by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at Habrubari in Kokrajhar district on Friday,which was a part of offsite emergency mock on the IOCL Guwahati-Siliguri underground pipeline to test the preparedness of its emergency personnel.
