NDFB(S) blames police for Balajan carnage

The Songbijit faction of NDFB condemned the open firing incident of killing 14 civilians and left 18 injuresd in the Balajan Tiniali weekly market in Kokrajhar district on August 5 last was very unfortunate.

In a press statement, B Saoraigwra, president of NDFB(S) expressed organisation’s deep sorrow and condolences to those who lost their lives. The statement made by the BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary, Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma as “NDFB involved in the killing incident” have been very condemnable.

‘We suspect on Hagrama Mohilary, Himanta Biswa Sarma and some other third party are directly or indirectly involved in that incident. If not so, how can they clarified within the half an hour of the incident happened ?’, said Saoraigwra.

According to the inputs of our Boroland Army Intelligence Resources- I. Mwdan, Commander, 16 Battalion was making his relation to the government of Assam through the BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary to surrender himself soon after the operation of Ripu Reserve Forest on May 5(2016). And as according to the information of convicted parent their son I. Mwdan was arrested 3 days before that incident by the Assam police and military forces. Moreover, the parents of the convicted still confusing to receive the death body as their son is also great questions about the twisted handiwork. After long conspiring interrogation and their implicit pre-plan he was brought to Balajan Tiniali weekly market followed by two Assam police wearing the black coloured dress. He was tied up with the rope at his hand and on his legs, brought him with auto to the market place. The two Assam polices wearing black coloured dress open fire indiscriminately over the public of the market, shoot I. Mwdan from the zero distance. The clear evidence is seen in the electronic media that a tied rope on his hand and chain on his legs is clarified scene of the picture. How, a rope is tied fastened with a gun? Or how a leg tied fastening can run? If the two black dress wearing people were not belongs to Assam police why cannot they are arrested till now? How can they escaped? It is totally false and handiwork of Assam police, said Saoraigwra.

It is the policy of the Assam government to defunct and to create differences among the Boro people. I request all the Boro people and non political organisations to fight against the injustice done by the Assam police and security forces. “United we stands divided we falls”, Fight for our rights. Freedom is our birth rights. So, finally, I clarified that we, the NDFB is not is not involvedin that incident and asked to track down the main culprits, those who involved in that incident, the outfit leader said.
