The Naga Peoples Front has welcomed Imkong L Imchen again after the MLA tendered apology to the party leadership nearly three years after he was suspended.

Chief minister designate Shurhozelie Lieztietsu formally revoked the three year old order at a meeting of the party in Kohima on Tuesday night.

The former minister in the erstwhile Neiphu Rio government was suspended from the party for Hus alleged involvement in the anti party activities. But Rio was not figured in the meeting.

DAN chairman TR Zeliang and Lieztietsu appreciated each other for their efforts to restore normalcy in violent protest hit state.
