Naga civil societies meeting in Dimapur

DIMAPUR: The Nagaland civil society organizations are holding a brain storming session in Dimapur to decide on the fate of the upcoming assembly polls slated for February 27 after BJP refused to by the boycott call.

All these organizations, a few of whom, have opposed the boycott call are meeting in the afternoon to discuss any other option to mount pressure on the Centre to get the decade old problem resolved at an earlier date.

Many organizations are still stick to the boycott call saying that otherwise, the Centre won't step in to resolve the main issue.

BJP has already informed its assertion to the civil society organizations that they would go by the central leadership who want the polls to be participated.

Now NPF and Congress have said that if BJP contest they would follow the suit since boycotting polls leaving BJP to contest will not make any sense.
