APSC scam: APS officer’s wife facing probe

GUWAHATI: The Dibrugarh polic team probing the APSC scam is interrogating the wife of an arrested police officer for allegedly helping her husband resorting to forgery.

Acting on the revelations, Kaushik Kalita, the accused APS officer got his answers written by his wife after the civil and allied service examination. Kalita along with five others have been arrested three days back who are still in police custody.

 

The police have summoned her to appear before it at the SB Headquarters in Kahilippara acting on the revelations that Kalita himself did not write in the answerscripts. He took the help of his wife after the competitive examination.
