Bandh culture: is it the real solution?

Yet another bandh “strike for a day”,

A bandh of food for one day !!!
A bandh of drinking water for one day !!!
A bandh of everything common for one day !!!

Think again?

Is it possible for common people to stop this dwellings for even a single hour, and we are here on the verge of yet another so called “BANDH”.

Time to come up with a conclusion and a beefy resolution en route for practicing this culture. Aftereffects of this is very explosive and can destroy the “prospect of growth and triumph” of the state. It is making a big black crack for the generation like ours. If we pull up the records we will be able to find out how it has been affected us from time to time. Globalization escorted our country to a place where we can proudly say “now we are one of the best”. But think about us how many big MNC’s, company’s are here? how many IT sectors are there? despite having lots of proposals and plans no one is ready to invest or make a place here;

WHY?
Have you given a thought on that!!

We blame others, now please stop blaming others, one of the main reason why no one is turning up despite having lots of interest in our place; because of the “Culture Strike”, better known as BANDH the main and foremost reason. A company cannot loose a day of business, each second they are being paid, so can you imagine the plight and loss they will face if they have to come across 30 days of strike in a year.

Ok, lets talk about the other fraction; think about the people who lives and dwell on daily wages, one day strike can lead them to sleep unnervingly without food or sometimes water as well. The plight of a person who wants to see his/her ailing parents, the person who wants to go to airport/ railway station for the scheduled flight/train to reach particular destination without fail or else he/she can miss out a good career opportunity which he/she is looking forward since months, the situation of the school student, a college student, a loss of day long studies which will lead to the burden of two days studies the next day with all mental and physical stress. The rickshaw puller, the conductor, the carpenter, the plumber etc. etc., list in countless, who fall prey due to this culture.

For last many years we are observing our day of freedom as “bandh”, it became the synonym of militant attack and heavy security. Our children tend to forget what is the real meaning of Independence day or Republic day, who all sit watching TV or playing video games and observing the day like sitting in a confinement.

Protesting some untoward is our birth right but there are lots of other means of non-violence by which we can show our anger and protest, for example a MASS signing campaign, hunger strike etc.

It is religiously real and honest that this bandh cannot be the solution of anything. This mayhem is created by the people who have no thinking of a single minute forward.

It is the time to come frontward with a motive and hardcore slogan of “anti-bandh” for the betterment of our society, for the betterment of the future of our next generation and of course for our beautiful STATE, rich in culture, resources and an even more beautiful people; and you can see the change with more employment, tourists and loads of good and great things.
