Junbeel mela draws huge response

People thronged in thousands in Jagiroad to visit the Joonbeel mela which is concluding on Saturday.
The day two of the grand fair focused the historic bartering system participated by the people from the hills and plains. Those from the hills exchanged ginger, chillies, potatoes, turmeric to be exchanged with the dry fish, vegetables with their counterparts in the plains.
The historic Gova king held the meeting of his council of ministers to keep the tradition alive. The fair will be concluding on Saturday. A host of foreign tourists also visited the fair to be excited.
