In a sudden move the AICC has changed the order of candidates fielded for the upcoming Rajya Sabbha polls.

APCC president Bhubneswar Kalita is given the first choice taking Dr Sanjay Singh to the second choice while Biswajeet Daimary would be the third choice candidate.  

AICC has changed the order of candidates after Haidor Hussain filed nomination as the Opposition’s consensus candidate.
