The 16th biennial conference of Tinsukia District Journalists Association was held  on February 8-14. The event was  organised by Digboi Press Club. The event showcased a book fair, workshop for journalists, news reading competition, debate, art competition, open session for public, cultural rally cultural night. The event was participated by Assamese film actors, and noted personalities.
