Cash seized, 3 held

Police have arrested three persons from a vehicle bound for Meghalaya on Saturday.

According to information, the trio were arrested during a stepped up checking at the National Highway in Chayagaon in the evening.

Police further seized a huge amount of Rs 12 lakh from the vehicle which came from Guwahati and was on the way to Meghalaya.
