Student run over by train at Thekeraguri

Parismita Das (17), an H.S first year student of Raha college died after she was run over by the upper Kapili passenger train at Thekeraguri under Raha P.S on Friday. The accident took place at 12.25 p.m. as the student was crossing the railway lines at the said point. The train was on its way to Haibargaon, Nagaon. While many suspect it could be a case of suicide, police sources said there was no suicide note left by the student.
