Close associates of Hira Sarania had a narrow escape on Thursday when miscreants attacked the camp of the independent.     The incident took place at the Musolpur based camp of the former Ulfa militant in the evening when motorcycle born youths halted in front of the camp and started indiscriminate firing.               Then they managed to vanish from the spot. There is no report of casualty in the attack. Only a bike was damaged in the firing.               The attack took place hours after Ulfa-I urged the people not to vote the independent candidate who has insulted the 3decade long struggle. But a number of non-Bodo organizations have openly assured him of support.
