Arrest Barman in suicide case

Various local organizations in Kokrajhar demand immediate arrest of Uma Charan Barman in connection with the sensational Reuka Basumatary suicide case a day after the police found the suicide note where she blamed her boy friend.

All Bodo Students Union(ABSU), Boro Somaj,All Bodo Womens’ Welfare Federation (ABWWF) expressed serious concern over incident in Kokrajhar town and demand exemplary punishment for Barman who is absconding.

Kokrajhar district committee of ABSU president Lawrence Islary demanded a thorough inquiry saying that he should be immediately arrested.
