Assam Govt tables Manisana Report on Beltola Clash

The Assam Government has tabled on the floor of the House the report on the Beltola Clash that rocked the state on November 24 which left 2 people dead .and several others injured. The report contains some uncharitable remarks against the Kamrup district administrations and police for failing to bring the law and order situation under control. An Adivasi girl was also stripped off during the incident in Beltola area in the city. A shaken government set up the Justice Manisana panel to probe into it who filed the report before the government two months back. The Assam Government on Wednesday has tabled it on the floor of the House.
