Assam go down to Chattisgarh won by 27 in the final match of the Cooch Behar Thophy in Bokakhat on Tuesday.
The Chattisgarh team won the toss and decided to bat at the Bokakhat District Sports Association Ground. Out of 141 for Chattisgarh, AG Tiwari alone scored 49 runs followed by MSS Hussain with 40 runs.
Assam had to remain satisfied with 88 runs.
