4 militants arrested

Security forces  arrested four NDFB-S rebels along with arms  from Kachugaon area in Gossaigaon subdivision of Kokrajhar district on Wednesday.

Police said based on inputs, an operation was carried out in which the four NDFB-S rebels, including the outfit Gossaigaon section commander were apprehended.

The arrested persons are identified as  Gossaigaon section commander Eshilash Narzary alias Gathia,  Pinjit Basumatary, Bishop Narzary alias Tapdung and Darashar Uzir.    

 A 7.65 mm pistol, 5 live rounds ammunition, 4 mobiles were recovered from them.
