Trouble over Victoria death

The mysterious death of Victoria Kharkongor has reached the international human rights platform.

The Asian Human Right Commission has written to Dispur asking for a detail report of the incident. 

The girl from Meghalaya was found dead inside the washroom of Dispur police station on July 5 hours after she was handed over to police by the authorities of International Hospital.
