Pradan Baruah to follow Himanta

Pradan Baruah put in his papers as parliamentary secretary hours after Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma unofficially joined BJP on Sunday.
According to sources, Baruah along with 5 others will follow Dr Sarma who will formally join the party at a rally in Guwahati in a day or two. Fours are expected to follow the suit.  

The sitting Congress legislator has been one of the close associate of Dr Sarma who has been doing dissidence against Tarun Gogoi as chief minister.
