No death on Kolohi river!

NDRF and SDRF personnel have fished out the ill-fated machine boat a day after it capsized in the river Kolohi with overcrowded passengers on Monday.

But the SDRF personnel deployed in the search operation have not found even a single body so far. The search operation is expected to end on Tuesday in the absence of any specific missing complaint lodged before the authority.

Talking to reporters in Guwahati, DGP Khagen Sama said that the passengers, mostly, might have swam across the river.

According to Sarma, “no death of any passenger of the capsized boat has been reported. So, we have presumed that there is no death in the accident.”
