BJP seeks executive seat in BTC

The ruling alliance partnar at Dispur, the BPF and BJP today held a joint meeting at Bodoland guest House in Kokrajhar involving party leader and members from four districts of BTAD region. The Assam Pradesh BJP seek a post of executive member in BTC executive council  for Dharma Narayan Das, who is sitting BTC MCLA from saffron party in the council.

The joint meeting in between BPF and BJP thoroughly discussed on communication building in between two parties in the region besides sharing of development works in volving party workers in the council region. The BJP submitted a seeking letter to Hagrama Mohilary, BPF president, who is also BTC chief to induct Dharma Narayan Das as Executive Member in BTC executive council to pave way healthy integration under the spirit of allianc at the Dispur.

Das and Dr Sarma attended at a party meeting held at Science Collge auditorium in Kokrajhar where all district committee president and mondal presidents participated from four districts of BTAD.

A five-members delegation team of BJP party led by party president Ranjeet Kumar Das and other delegate members are Assam minister for Education and Health department Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma,Pani Sarma,party organising secretary,Shibnath Brahma, Bhabesh Kalita, MLA. While BPF delegation was led by party supremo Hagrama Mohilary, Biswajit Daimary, Rajya Sabha MP, Chandan Brahma, MLA, Kampa Borgoyary, BTC deput chief were prominent attendees in the meeting. The meeting discussed thoroughly on the integration building in between two parties like BPF and BJP in the region besides engagement of party members in development works. Both party leaders expresses their happiness over joint meeting in Kokrajhar which will pave way good communication and integration while making healthy development in the region in coming days.

 Ranjeet Kumar Das, BJP president after the meeting told the media persons that BJP requested BPF president Mohilary to induct an executive member from safffron party in the council.He said that BPF leader Mohilary and his team assure to make clear about seeking of executive member by next joint meeting in between two parties. ‘Mohilary paid kind attention to the seek of EM post in council and BJP hope it would be implemented by coming days in the region’, Das told.

 Mohilary said that both alliance partnar parties discussed on integration affairs in Kokrajhar where state BJP president and several leaders were present.He said that BJP seeked a post of EM in BTC from saffron party under the spirit of alliance partnar in the state. The BJP’s request and seeking would be settled through consultation by next joint sitting in the region,he said adding that the BPF party was working all round development in the region involving all corners.He also told that few days back another alliance partnar AGP had met the BPF party and requested to engaged members in the panchayat levels to meet more development.

 Mohilary has appraised Education minister Dr Sarma,who visited in Kokrajhar and reviewed all educational infrastructure in Bodoland University and Engineering College in which state government has been giving 25 crores for the university this year. He also said that Kokrajhar medical college’s construction would be started by next year under the bold initiative of alliance government at Dispur.
