Assam bandh today opposing CAB

Shops are closed in Guwahati on Tuesday following a 12-hour 'bandh' call by North East Students' Organisation (NESO) and All Assam Students' Union (AASU) against Citizenship Amendment Bill which was passed in Lok Sabha on Monday.

There are reports of protests by AASU activistsin diferent parts of the state.
