Major blast averted as explosive seized

A major incident was averted when security forces recovered a huge quantity of explosive materials from a passenger bus in Bokajan on Wednesday. According to information, acting on a tip off security forces halted the bus bearing No NL07B- 0179 on it's way to Dimapur from Shillong and seized 1200 detonators along with 3kg fuse wires,600 gelatin sticks. Two youths have been arrested in this connection.
