District Election Officer Udalguri lodged FIR against BTC EM

Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer ,Udalguri has ordered police to take action against Lwmsrao Daimari,EM, BTC for violation of election code of conduct. SS Meenakshi Sundaram, DC and District election Officer Udalguri told media persons that an NREGA scheme had been inaugurated in the village Kushigaon, belonging to 56 Kushigaon LP School centre under 31 No.Khoirabari BTC constituency (under Bhergaon police out post) on April 11, thereby violating election code of conduct.It needs mention that District Election Officer,Udalguri had earlier ordered repolling at 56 Kushigaon L.P.School centre to be held on April 12. Accordingly a case has been registered at Bhergaon police out post under Tangla Police Station.The order has created sensation in the district.
