Rongali Bihu celebration in Pune


With the advent of spring, sweet voice of cuckoo, fragrance of newly born “kopooh flowers” all around, the most imperative and beautiful festival of Assam Rongali or Bohag Bihu comes. Like every year this year also Assam Cultural Association, Pune (ACAP) is celebrating Rongali Bihu on 1st May 2010. The beautiful venue for the programme is “MAHARASHTRA INSTITUTE OF HOTEL AND CATERING MANAGEMENT TECH. AUDITORIUM”.


TIMING: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

It was a very boiling afternoon on Saturday 20th June 2009, the day to visit a very famous historical place about 200 km away from Pune.
