Election: BJP o disclose names of candidates by 4 march

After declaration of the date of ensuing Assam assembly election full swing preparation among the political parties going on. BJP also gears up preparation for the poll. As a part of the preparation the party will disclose names of the candidates by 4th March..Ajit Bhattrachrrya, state general secretary of the party, said that party has decided to give tickets to countable number of female candidates. However; he ignores the fact that whether 33 percent reservation for women would be observed or not in giving away party tickets for the election. He revealed that for Dispur constituency, more than three candidates including two women have appealed for the tickets.”No decision is taken yet in this regard”,he demanded.Likewise in Jalukbari constituency,including Prodyut Borah,party’s national leader, three candidates have sought the ticket.According to the party sources, excluding Prodyut Borah,one of them has got support from a party MP.The MP has favoured the candidate to keep the constituency own hand, sources told here.
