A heavy exchange of words between Himanta Biswa Sarma and Ulfa seems to have kept political landscape boiling in Assam. Ulfa on Monday called the powerful minister their former colleague a day after Dr Sarma tore apart Ulfa C-in-Chief Paresh Barua. Political parties start taking advantage of the situation. BJP on Monday asked chief minister Tarun Gogoi to drop Dr Sarma following revelation by Ulfa. But chief minister Tarun Gogoi said that there was no Ulfa member in his cabinet. On the other hand, KMSS said that Ulfa has confimed the allegations by levelled Akhil Gogoi a few months ago.
