No Opposition to take on Congress in Dima Hasao: Debojeet Thaosen

Speaking to the media persons Debojeet Thaosen, former CEM, expressed his hope that in the forthcoming election to the 11^th N.C Hills Autonomous Council Ccongress(I) will come out with landslide victory. Observing the voting behaviour of the people, he said that some will vote for the party and some will vote for individuals; but most of the people will vote for the party- the hand symbol.

Referring to other political parties in the race, he said that there is not a single opposition party to be seen which is strong enough to shake the concrete base of congress in the district. Therefore, there is no question why congress would not come back to power.
