3 killed in GNLA attack

Garo National Liberation Army militants killed three people including a women along the Assam-Meghalaya border on Tuesday.

The incident occurred when a group of five armed militants stormed the Garodoba village in southwest Garo Hills district  bordering Assam and shot dead 32-year-old Sridina A. Sangma and 42-year-old Anirud Hajong.
