Elephant poaching revisits

Poachers are still unleashing terror for wild animals in Karbi Anglong district.

A full grown elephant was found dead in Baithalangsu area on Sunday.

Parts of the carcass were missing. The trunk was lying desected. Forest officials called it a case of elephant poaching.
