Tezpur seems to have dressed afresh to receive Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday. An elaborate security is in place in the beautiful town to ensure peace during the visit.

The AICC vice president is scheduled to arrive in the city of eternal romance at 2 in the afternoon to attend a road show. Then he would leave for Jorhat at 3 in the afternoon.
