Terror revisits Naharjan

A reign of terror seems to have revisited Sonitpur district bordering Arunachal Pradesh.

A group of miscreants from the neighbouring state stormed into a tiny hamlet at Naharjan area on Friday night and asked the local residents to quit the place early.

Police was informed. But the armed fled from the spot before the arrival of police. An uneasy calm has been prevailing in the entire area since the Arunachal Pradesh miscreants shot dead at least 15 local villagers in Chauldhuwa in January.
