Nazira MLA Debobrata Saikia said that the ruling Congress will sweep the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in Assam.
Talking to reporters in Nazira recently, Saikia said that the anti-incumbency factor will hardly work this time. He hoped that Jorhat Congress candidate BK Handique would be able to win the poll with flying colour. In Nazira alone, Handique will get lakhs of votes.

Veteran Congress leader in Nazira Tonkeshwar Saikia breath his last at his own residence of Nazira Simaluguri on Thursday. He was 81 and survived by his wife, two sons and one daughter.
