Deal between Modi and Akhil!

Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Tuesday said that Akhil Gogoi has secret understanding to defeat Congress in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Talking to reporters after attending a poll rally in Sivasagar, Gogoi said that both Modi and Akhil Gogoi won’t be able to dislodge his party.

 “Let them do these. Let them take on me and our party. We won’t allow it to happen,” said Gogoi.    

The chief minister’s comment assumes significance a day after the KMSS president pledged to go all out against him and Congress in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.  

Akhil Gogoi urged the voters to even prefer BJP to Congress.
