In yet another incident that triggers controversy across the state, organizers of a bihu function in Guwahati did not allow artist Zubilee Barua to perform on the stage.
The function was organized in Chandmari where the singer was not allowed to peform only for refusing to dress in traditional attire. The organizers said that they earlier requested the singer to perform in traditional attire which was not followed.
