Another film another pride

Yet another Assamese film fetches no less pride for the state when the entre sector is embroiled in perennial crisis.
A popular Assamese film is all set to be screened in Bushan when it would be hosting the international film festival. The film is none other than Kothanodi which is being shortlisted for screening in the regional category.
Directed by Bhaskar Hazarika, the film has already drawn no less applause for the roles of Adil Hussain, Kapil Bora, Zerifa Hussain et al.
The invitation of the film is said to be a ray of hope at a time when the state’s film sector is languishing in an uncertain future.
