Raj Bhawan or BJP office: AGP

The Opposition Asom Gana Parishad has urged President Pranab Mukherjee to take action against PB Acharya alleging that the governor has turned the Raj Bhawan into a political hub.
In a memorandum sent to the President, the regional party has asked his intervention into the controversial role of the governor.

Talking to reporters in Guwahati on Thursday, AGP president Atul Bora said,” Acharya has made the Raj Bhavan into a BJP and RSS office and a training centre for the BJP and RSS, which is dangerous for democracy."
Bora sharply criticised the governor hours after chief minister Tarun Gogoi raised the similar accusation against the governor.
