AIMSS took out protest rally

The members of All India Mahila Sanskritik Sangathon (AIMSS) Udalguri district committee took to streets today in protest of the attrocities on women and children. Womens holding playcards that read 'Stop Child rape' ,Stop communal hatred thronged the town. Speaking to this correspondent Swarna Lata Chaliha member of state commiitte of the organization said that the state has seen a step rise on crimes on women. We have joined hands to stop attrocities meted on women. She said many women have lost their lives in the name of Dowry,witch hunting. They also demanded ban on alcohol and drugs.
