Examination and health related issues discussed

A counselling session was organised by "Cottonian 82", a group of ex Cottonian on "Examination related stress and Health related issues" at Cotton Girls Hostel on Saturday. 

The session was adressed by Dr.Nibedita Goswami, Dr.Manashi Bhagawati Khound and Consultants Mrs Minakshi Barthakur and Mrs Yasmin Dutta. 

Students and Wardens expressed satisfaction for arranging such session at their doorsteps and expected that such endeavor will boost morale of students by managing stress effectively.

A total of 80 patients were seen in a free cancer detection camp held at Sanjevani Hospital in which 20% was found to have pre cancerous lesions and two patients was detected cancer in the oral cavity. The camp was held recently in the Department of E..N.T. headed by senior consultant Dr. Bhaben Choudhury.
