ULFA-I rebel surrenders before police in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: After a huge gap, yet another ULFA-I rebel surrendered before police in Tinsukia on Friday.

Identified as Bipul Gogoi, the 30 year old rebel who received hardcore arms training in Myanmar laid down his arms before police in the wee hours.

Sources told Assam Times that the dreaded rebel surrendered on health ground. He deposited before police a pistol.
