Relief materials distribute in Kokrajhar

Kokrajhar district unit of Bodoland Peoples Front (BPF) and Women Wing of BPF distributed relief materials among inmates at Shikarbill flood relief camp in Kokrajhar district today.

A total 27 families were affected in the recent flash floods after Gongia River eroded the Shikarbill village under Dotma revenue circle that force to take shelter at relief camps.

A ten member team of BPF party led by party secretary Uma Rani Basumatary visited at the relief camp and distributed the relief materials among the camp inmates. Several materials like Dokhona,Jwmgra, Gamsha, food items were distributed among relief inmates. Relief camp inmates have expressed their gratitude towards BPF leaders for initiating relief materials that were suffered in the recent floods.

BPF leader Malati Rani Narzary said BPF party leader, member and well wishers have contributed clothes and several food items for the camp inmates who are living the camps. She said that peoples must have kind hearted attitude during suffer situation and so today we rushed here and distributed little helps.
