Ingredients:

  • 90 ml brandy

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon natural honey

  • Hot water (80°C), to fill the glass

Method:

  1. Pour 90 ml of brandy into a heatproof glass.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 teaspoon of honey.

  3. Fill the rest of the glass with hot (not boiling) water.

  4. Stir thoroughly until honey dissolves and pepper is evenly mixed.

  5. Sip slowly while warm. Best consumed at night before bedtime.
