Assam governor JB Patnaik had to cut short his speech due to protest by the opposition in the opening day of Assam Assembky budget sessionon Tuesday. The pandemonium began soon after the governor Patnaik lauded Chief Minsister Tarun Gogoi for restoration peace in the state. Oppsition AGP, BJP leaders stood up with festoons and disrupted the governor's speech. They demanded the dismissal of Gogoi government where seven ministers are allegedly involved in in the multi crore scam in NC Hills. Amid an unruly scene, Governor stopped his speech.
